Hello, My name is Tiffany and I'm going to tell you about the class I am in and why I'm in it. I am a junior in high school and I have always liked kids. The class I am in is the teacher cadet class, this class is for students who are thinking about being a teacher in the future. The reason i took this class is because I have always enjoyed being around kids and interacting with them. I am in the first year, first semester of this class. In this semester we talk alot about the educational program and how to be around kids but, next semester we actually get to go to different schools and be in the classrooms and interacting with the kids. I want to be a teacher of a elementary school because I like younger. The reason I'd rather work with the younger grades is because of their energy, and they have a lot of energy, I also love how they they learn and how they act. I want to be a teacher because i want to be able to teach kids and teach myself. This class for me will be fun and I can't wait for next semester. What do you think it's like working with kids?
Tiffany,
You're right about elementary kids having a lot of energy! I think you will enjoy being in the classroom next semester. The children are fun to get to know and each one is different. Good Luck!

Tiffany,
Congratulations, I hope you become a teacher. The world needs teachers who love what they do and appreciate the children.
I think you will be great in the classroom because of your recognition that not only will you be teaching the class, but the students will be teaching you!!! Great approach.
We need you teaching -- hurry up and graduate.

Hey Tiffany!
This is my fourth year teaching, and I really feel like I made the right career choice! I think the class you are taking in high school is great, because you can start gaining experience and discover if teaching the profession you really want to pursue. What are some other reasons you want to become a teacher - besides liking kids?

Remember that as a teacher you must set an example. Next time you make a post make sure that you check capitalization, spelling, and so on. You want to model the things you want your students to do.

Thank you Mrs. Hillary for responding to my post. There are other reasons I want to be a teacher besides liking kids. I want to teach and, make a difference in another child's life because thats what I think kids need. People say that teacher's do not make a lot of money and that I should not do it but, I want to. How will children learn if there is no one to teach them? I will not change mind about teaching because that is what I want to do. Do you have any other tips for being a teacher?

Thank you Candy for responding about kids having a lot of energy. I think I will relate a lot to elementary kids because I have a lot of energy, so that way I can keep them busy and, moving around in a learning way. I hope to do well and, have fun at the same time and, learn a lot about kids.

Thank you Esta for the encouragement. I will try to hurry and graduate so I can persue my dream. Like I've always said, I love kids and, since they are the furture they should be taught well, and I want to do that while having fun and, learning as well.

Thank you Mrs. Tincher for your comment, because that really is true. I can I expect my students to do something if I can't even demonstrate it. I will try to go over everything I write and, try to set an example.
